While the staff was courteous, I don't appreciate being told up front that Bale could fix the issue with my truck only to be told a week later that you could not help me. I'm not sure why it would take a week to determine this. Now, not only is my truck not repaired, but I've lost another week trying to get it repaired. Time I could have used locating a business to repair my truck. I would suggest that, next time the answer is going to be "No, we can't help you.", to let the customer know within 24 hours. Just so you know, I'm prepared to spend several thousand dollars to repair my truck, replace seat upholstery and carpet, and have minor body work done to keep my 2003 silverado going for as long as possible.

took 1 1/2 hours to do a oil change AND I had an appointment! When I went to leave there was dirt, oil and grease in my floor they then had to take my car back to detail and remove it. While driving home got a terrible headache whatever they used to clean it smelled like fumes coming from my car. All in all a terrible experience at Bale one I have not had in a long time. And, I saw Mr. Bale walking around he knew something was going on and I was upset but didn't care to come ask me.

Had appointment at 10:00 for oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 and half hours. My lock nut was missing and was going to charge me for it when Bale has done all the ire rotations. They found one and replaced it but they didn't tighten any lock nuts or lug nuts on all my wheels. I called service and told them my truck was shaking real bad and that it didn't do that until they rotated my tires. I called My son to check the lug nuts with a 4 way. Everyone of the lug nuts were loose including the lock nuts! I called Bale today to speak to Caleb or Mr. Bale. I was told Caleb would called before end of day. Never received a phone call back. Never have a had an issue in the past 25 years my husband and I have healed with your company. Guess I will go wait to see Mr. Bale Monday. This is a serious situation and my granddaughter and I were put in terrible danger because of neglect on repair technician.

I purchased my vehicle and new tires from this dealership and am supposed to have free oil changes and free tire rotation as well. After waiting over three hours for these services they were going to charge me, but finally found it in the computer. I would think that this information would automatically pop up so the service person would know. Then they told me they were not able to reset the oil life on the information center in my vehicle and to just go by the sticker on the windshield. I was able to reset it myself since my vehicle indicated that my oil life was low and didn’t want it to make my check engine light come on.

I came in for an oil change and a concerning check engine light. The light went off, but showed an issue with my water pump. The person that helped me, said no to worry about it since it went off. He stated that the technicians were about 3 weeks behind with fixing cars and I could not be seen for a while, if the issue presented again to give a call. The issue presented the next week on a Tuesday and I wanted to drop my car off on a Saturday. He stated that technicians would be leaving around 3 and they wouldn’t want another car coming in. Unfortunately, that meant that I needed to book the appointment for the next Thursday. However, my car didn’t make it that far. Had my car been taken in on Saturday, it would not have ran hot on Sunday. My car could not be on for more than 5 mins, before I had to pull over on I-40. It took me 1 hr to drive 5 miles. I had a tow truck to drop the car off that Monday, since it was an emergency. But this problem could have been avoided much sooner, possibly causing great damage to my engine.

I've been here twice in the last two months and it seems like communication with some of the service advisors just isn't the greatest. I've had to come in to the service department to even get information about follow up on my vehicle, as no one initially called, as they stated they would (until after my dropping by a day later than I was told that I would receive a call, which this happened on both occasions, ) to provide any type of update about the status of my vehicle. On my initial visit in July I was told that the part that was replaced was under warranty and that I owed nothing, as I was provided paperwork and keys to leave, as I asked multiple times for clarification about this. Only for the service advisor to call me back a day or two later to say that it actually wasn't under warranty and that I needed to come and pay. Also I'm not confident that all the concerns that I spoke of this time was properly checked out. I asked about checking the air conditioner and was told it was probably due to the coolant level being low, but even after the repair it still blows hot, so no further diagnosis was done to see if there was potentially other problems. So I've had to take it somewhere else for them to look at. Overall very displeased with the service that I've received. I know that Bale in the past has had a better reputation than this and it is why I brought my vehicle there and even why I brought back a second time. I'm hoping that reputation is still true, but my last two experiences haven't been indicative of such.

Work was completed and in a reasonable time period Estimate provided was $100 to repair, billed amount $ 200 Tech noted needed to file a couple of wheel studs in addition to the one replacement Which if needed should not have taken more than 5 min ( Huge question if needed as I personally had just rotated the tire with no issue installing lugs nor did I notice any damage I’ve used Bale as my primary service provider for years with great confidence, now not so sure .

They don’t care about the customer’s time, only theirs. A lot of misinformation provided during sale, and very secretive. They sell lemons. The vehicle I purchased had to be repaired right off the lot. The service department is not very communicative. They don’t provide timely updates and they seem not to know what they are doing. They have had the car for days and still haven’t figured out anything.

Engine was making ticking noise so brought in for diagnosis (Yukon 3.0 duramax). Tech stated did not know what issue was and they would need to remove engine (30 hours) just to look at what the problem was. Also, no loaner would be available and job would be at least 1 month. This seemed excessive so had 2nd opinion. Cowboy Chevrolet picked up the vehicle and provided a loaner. They diagnosed in 1 day and stated 2nd injector was not firing. Car was fixed within 1 week and loaner provided to drive in short term. If you want poor and lazy service call Bale!

I arrived about 20 or so minutes before my appointment time in my Chevy equinox EV I was greeted and taken to the waiting area. Everyone was really polite. I seem to have waited over an hour or more for what I was told would only be a tire rotation, since I own EV before coming in, I knew that I had one tire where the sensor was reading low and I believe that I may have a nail in my tire that same sensor is still reading. The tire is low, which leads me to believe that my tires were not rotated.

I also requested via text my tire pressure be checked as it was low. When I got my vehicle, the tire pressure was 30 PSI on my monitor causing a return trip and another hour of time making the whole experience with a “confirmed” reservation over 4 hours. I have always done business with Bale and this was an unexpected service lapse.

This was a two-part service of our suburban infotainment system. The first part was a diagnostic. We were told this could take several days. The explanation was somewhat vague. Dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday morning. After a couple of calls by Thursday, the best we could tell nothing had been done to diagnose the issue. We asked to pick the car up Friday for the weekend to return it Monday morning. By Tuesday, we had an answer which is what was suspected from the beginning. Three days or so to get the part. We again dropped the vehicle, this time on Thursday morning. In 3 hours service was complete and so far appears to be working fine. In conclusion, our view is a D grade for evaluation phase and an A for actual installation.

After dropping off the vehicle, there was definitely lack of communication. After leaving multiple messages and txting via the number they sent us, there was still no response. The information to follow the vehicle status showed the work was completed, but we could not get anyone to respond to us. We finally drove 1.5 hours to get an update! When we arrived, there was one person in the service dept and she knew nothing about the vehicle. She could not find the paperwork and it was finally determined the vehicle was ready to pick up. Dustin and Jake, both, response was very disappointing and virtually no apology for not returning calls during the 3 day process. This will be the last time we will use Bale for service. It had not been like this in the past when we have used Bale.

Making a doesn’t seam to matter any more. The few services I receive for my wife’s vehicle and mend has take more than three hours to wake for repairs to be completed. I have a vehicle there today. We’re still waiting. It been there for a week now. I once to days for battery chance. I’ve never had such bad service in the 7 or 8 vehicles I’ve purchased in 30 years as being a loyal customer. I’m very disappointed in the services department that provided service lately . Making an appointment doesn’t matter anymore. My oil change took 3 hour plus on yesterday. After the service staff told to bring my truck in. He stated “we’re not busy”. Lol !! Please be advised customers time is just as important as anyone’s else’s.

We needed to get my wife's vehicle serviced so we stopped in and asked if they could get to us that afternoon. They told us they could. We went into the lounge and had a cup of hot chocolate while waiting. Our salesman came by and asked how we were doing. We chatted with him a while and then our service person came by to tell us our vehicle was ready. We were amazed how quickly they serviced our vehicle. Excellent service!

My appt for oil change and tire rotation. Was told would take about 1 1/2 hrs and took 2 1/2 hrs. Service man at desk said others were put in front of me because said was going to walk home - decided not too and satin dealership entire time. Not one person spoke to me entire time or asked if I needed anything.

I set up an appointment for Monday (12/29) at 7am for my car to be serviced. When setting up, the rep told me they would need to keep 2 days. I asked if Monday counts as part of the 2 days because I’ve had a similar problem with Bale a few months ago where the shop did not contact me and kept my car a week. The rep stated yes, I should know something by close of business Tuesday. Well turns out i had the same experience as before with my car still being in the shop for days with no movement. Steve texted me on Friday (1/2) stating tech will work on it Monday (1/5). I asked him if I could come get my car because I need for the weekend and will bring back Monday. He stated the headliner is down and all the techs left for the day. I asked for a courtesy car since my car was only supposed to be in shop 2 days and now it’s over a week with no progress. Then he stated I could come get car, they close at 6. Which is concerning because he just told me the headliner was down. A few mins later he called me and stated the tech will be working tomorrow can I leave my car until tomorrow. I asked if I’m able to come get my car tomorrow regardless of if the tech can repair or not because I need a car. I’ve been without one since Monday. I had a similar situation a few months ago. Im not even sure if my car was being worked on because based on the status tracker, it was not even touched until after 2:49pm Wednesday (12/31) after I asked for an update. I don’t know why appointments are scheduled if it means leaving a car parked untouched for days. I see there are other customer complaints about this as well. Something needs to change with this process. I don’t even want to take my car to Bale any more to be serviced
