Meet Our Staff

Hunter is the son of Johnny and Sharon Bale. He started working for his dad May of 2000 and is the fourth generation Bale to work at the dealership. Hunter was born and raised in Little Rock where he is a graduate of Catholic High School. He furthered his education at College of the Ozarks where he received a bachelors degree in Business Communications. Hunter and his wife Brooke have one son named Evans. In his spare time, Hunter enjoys fishing, hunting, being on the lake, working on the farm and spending time with his family.

Ron has been with us since 1984. He grew up in Little Rock and went to Hall High School. He and his wife, Audrey, love helping others in their spare time and studying the scriptures.

Kris as been with us since October of 2016. He grew up in Little Rock and is a graduate of Pulaski Academy. Kris went on to further his degree and graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. Kris and his wife Laura have two kids Avery and Jake. In Kris' free time he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Tommy has been with Bale since October of 1999. He was born and raised in North Little Rock and graduated from North Pulaski High School. In Tommys spare time he likes spending time with his three kids.

Kerry has been with us since February of 1996. He grew up in Little Rock where he graduated from Parkview High School. Kerry has one son Kanyon.

Darren has been with us since July of 2018. He grew up in Sherwood Arkansas where he attended Sylvan Hills High School. In Darrens free time he likes serving God in music.

Check has been with us since November of 2015. He grew up in Little Rock and attended Hall High School. Chec currently lives in Little Rock with his wife Marilyn. They have two kids Shamia and Danielle.

Don has been with us since 1997. He grew up in Mount Morris, Michigan where he attended Michigan High School. Don currently lives in Bryant. He and his wife Stefanie have two kids JoNerean and Megan. In Don's spare time he likes spending time with his family.

Becky has been with us since 1977. She was born in North Little Rock where she attended North Little Rock High School and currently lives in Sherwood. Becky and her husband Ray have 2 kids, Kimie and Hunter. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and work in her yard. When it comes to watching TV she loves watching the Razorbacks and Andy Griffith.

Michelle was been with us since November 2008. She was born in Sumter, South Carolina. She went to Jacksonville High School and currently lives in North Little Rock. She is married to Daniel and has one stepdaughter, Jazmin. In her spare time, Michelle likes to hike, canoe, read, fish and spend time at the dog park with her beloved dog Sir. Davis Alexander.

Kandy has been with us since April 2011. She grew up in Heber Springs, Arkansas where she graduated from Heber Springs High School. Kandy currently lives in Vilonia with her fiance Greg and their four boys: JJ, Dominic, Beau and Conner. In her spare time, Kandy likes to go to her boys sporting events and have date nights with Greg.

Glenda has been with Bale since 1981. She grew up in Gurdon, Arkansas where she graduated from Gurdon High School. Glenda lives in Little Rock and has one son, Micah Stafford. In her spare time, Glenda likes cleaning, watching TV, reading and spending time with her three grandchildren: Mona, Enna and Journey.
