Is there a deductible that I need to pay when making a claim? A. No, all parts and labor is taken care of 100%. Q. How do I know what maintenance is required to keep my contract in force? A. It is required that that you maintain your vehicle with the selling dealer, without prior authorization, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance required for your particular make and model. Contact one of our Service Advisors to get the recommended maintenance schedule for your vehicle. Q. What if I am traveling out of town and have a breakdown that would be covered under my Warranty Forever contract? A. Contact one of our service advisors and they will help you find a facility that can handle all your needs. Q. If my vehicle breaks down and is covered by the Warranty Forever contract am I required to pay for the repairs and then wait for reimbursement? A. No, all repairs are reimbursed directly to the dealership, this removes you from having to worry about any hassle. Q. What if I need to be towed or need a rental car while my car is being repaired? A. While towing and rental cars are not covered by the contract, our service advisors can help to make arrangements to make this process seamless for our customers.
